Refunds and cancellations

Our books are digital and delivered instantly. You can read a free sample of every book before you buy, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.
Try first
Every book has a free sample on its page. Please read it before buying, so you know the style, the level and the language of the book.
If your file doesn't arrive or won't open
Write to mindshaperconnect@gmail.com with the email or phone number you used to pay. We'll send the file again within 24 hours. This is always free.
Charged twice by mistake
If you paid twice for the same book, send us both payment receipts. We'll refund the extra payment to the same account.
Money deducted but no order
If a payment fails but money leaves your account, your bank or payment app usually returns it on its own within a few working days. If it doesn't, write to us with the payment details and we'll help you follow it up.
Cancellations
An order can't be cancelled once it's paid, because the book is delivered straight away.
