These terms cover MindShaperLearning.com and the digital books sold by Mind Shaper Learning. By using the site or buying a book, you agree to them.

Buying

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are shown on each book's page.
• Payment, delivery and your purchase record are handled by SuperProfile, our store. Its own terms also apply to the purchase.
• Launch prices apply only on the dates shown. After that, the regular price applies.
• Refunds and cancellations: see our refund policy.

Your copy of the book

When you buy a book, you get a licence to use it yourself. You may:

• read it on all your own devices, and print pages for your own study.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, resell or give away the file, or pages from it;
• use it to teach a paid class, or copy it into other material, without our written permission.

The books, their text, design and images belong to Mind Shaper Learning. They are protected by copyright law.

What the books can and can't do

Our books give clear lessons and practice. How much you improve depends on how regularly you practise. We don't promise any particular result, such as a job, an exam score or fluency by a certain date.

We check our books carefully. If you find a mistake, please tell us and we'll correct it in the next update.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a book is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Complaints

Write to mindshaperconnect@gmail.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
